The MSS WA team delivered an incredible space that seamlessly blends fine dining with retro Italian charm. Completed over an 8-week program, which was one week ahead of schedule for the Christmas/summer season opening, highlights include a complete front-of-house refit with a new bar, server, tiled flooring, feature walls, and internal paint. Engineering feats included suspending two Ducati motorbikes and a Ferrari car engine from the existing roof structure. Additional features include new stone cladding, electrical patio heaters, shade umbrellas, a feature pizza oven, commercial cooking equipment, post mix and beer lines, internal and external lighting, bench seating, and tables.
With its laid-back classic atmosphere, the venue prides itself on providing an award-winning food and wine experience coupled with a welcoming feel.
