Green Build 9 Senior Living Villa’s – Bowral
The development consisted of nine seniors living villa’s ranging between 2 and 4 bedrooms. This development is situated in the NSW Southerland Highlands adjoining golf course and close to the amenities. Nine seniors living villas, single- and two-story construction ranging between 2 and 4 bedrooms. This development was completed over 65-week programme. Challenges faced throughout the build capturing changes throughout the build to meet local council development. The site is situated on old drainage easement, extensive civil and structural works were required to storm water containment. The stormwater design was well tested throughout the project through the floods of 2021 and 2022 which impacted programme.
