MSS embarked on a company-wide values workshop to engage team members to create a way we wanted to work which mirrored our personal and business values. This was to ensure we created the right environment for people to feel valued, empowered, motivated and connected to our brand. During the process, we engaged a strategic innovation company to assist with alignment of values and goals but more specifically, to create a visual representation of this.The tagline ‘The MSS Way’ was created during this and below is a visual representation of our values that are important to us.
The MSS Way is representative that everyone has a voice; the round table depicted allows for no head of table, equal opportunity for all team members to speak up and help us improve, having aligned team members, supporting improvement and innovation and celebrating the success as we navigate challenges.
