Uniting Village Improvements
Our team undertook a comprehensive upgrade project at one of Uniting villages, focusing on enhancing the outdoor areas and community facilities.
Scope of works included:
- Lodge Improvements: Replaced timber sleepers with durable keystone concrete blocks. Removed and stored existing plants for replanting
- Gazebo and Outdoor Space: Designed a new gazebo with built-in seating and specified outdoor furniture, including dining tables and lounge chairs
- Community Centre Enhancements: Updated the façade with fresh paint, replaced windows with bi-fold doors, and improved internal spaces with new fixtures and joinery
- Landscaping: Implemented mass planting, tree planting, and mulching, along with an automatic irrigation system for efficient water management
- Safety Measures: Our team conducted hazardous substance assessments
