Preschool in Caves Beach NSW
Our team successfully completed a 20-week program of civil works for a Preschool in Caves Beach NSW, located in a regional area approximately 100 km from Sydney.
The scope included car park resheeting, stormwater drainage installation, tree removal, and landscaping works. Additionally, we carried out Builders Work in Connection (BWIC), ensuring smooth integration of the civil works with the overall building structure. The program was scheduled during the school holiday period to ensure access for staff and residents. To allow the facility to remain operational during construction, the project was staged in multiple phases, ensuring access was maintained throughout.
