BCC initially provided us with an equipment list but no maintenance history. Upon commencing the contract, we thoroughly validated all asset information and captured any available maintenance history. This data was then uploaded into our Work Order Management System, enabling a streamlined rollout across the estate.

 

Each month, we manage contract administration functions for all services, ensuring completed work is documented and any required rescheduling is addressed. Additionally, we collaborate closely with the client to plan and execute repair and improvement works. Minor and project works are also completed and reported as part of the contract, ensuring full transparency and accountability.
