SGCH – Residential Building Upgrade Mascot
MSS Projects and Construction was engaged by St George Community Housing to deliver residential building upgrades at 168 Coward Street, Mascot.
The scope includes full internal and external refurbishments, such as façade and concrete repairs, new kitchens and bathrooms, upgraded electrical systems, solar to all nine units and house services and refreshed finishes throughout apartments and common areas. Works are being carried out within a live residential environment, requiring careful planning to ensure safety, compliance, and minimal disruption to neighbours.
This project is currently in progress, with completion estimated for October 2025.
MSS continues to coordinate all aspects of delivery, ensuring quality workmanship, timely progress, and adherence to the project’s exempt development requirements.
