MSS were engaged initially to complete an investigation and report roof upgrades due to defective roof tile due to age, resulting in multiple leaks.
✓ Over a 6 month program, MSS progressed stage works over five work areas to maintain building occupation and minimising impact to residents enjoyment.
✓ The building was a Private Girls School, and is of Heritage significant.
✓ Major works included: replacement of tiles, roof plumbing, removal of roof penetrations, safe roof access installation.
