Scope of Works

✓ Completion of Phase 1, replacing 780 square metres of roof within 10 days during the Christmas School holidays.

✓ Phase 2 involved replacing 550 square metres of roofing in only 9 days, along with gutter and downpipe replacement, plumbing works, window awning refurbishment, and walkway awning replacement.

✓ Major asphalting works were happening at the same time next to Blocks E & O. Our co-ordination / collaboration allowed the school to deliver both pieces of work over a 3 week period with minimal disruption to school operations.

✓ No variations, no Incidents, on time and on budget
