Developed by the #MSSNSW team, the centre is bathed in radiant natural light and enveloped with a welcome and warmth feel for its cherished residents. MSS was delighted to be entrusted with the refurbishment of three floors, bar and kitchen. Residents are delighted with the results.
Works Included:
- Ground Floor– Corridors, accessible bathroom, lift lobby, arts & craft room, pottery room and workshop, external areas;
- Level 1 – Corridor, lift lobby, stairwell, main lounge room, dining area, kitchen, bar, outdoor terrace, stores, and external terraces;
- Level 2 – Entrance and lobby, reception, offices and meeting room, library, Sky Lounge and balcony terrace, sales office, staff kitchen, lift and cinema;
- Reconfiguration of the bar and kitchen, administrative areas, and creation of a cinema room from the existing billiards room
