Guy has over 25 years’ experience working in the aviation and airport industry, including 12 years in senior management and was the previous National Chair of the Australian Airports Association. 

A widely experienced senior executive with highly effective leadership and strong stakeholder engagement to create, influence, inspire and lead high performing teams to achieve complex and strategic objectives. Guy’s civil engineering and operational experience has included technical and operational roles over the years, and he has been responsible for planning, development and execution of capital and major works for Perth Airport Expansion projects.

As the Managing Director of Regional Airport Management Services, Guy is now providing his experience and expertise to services for the benefit of regional airport clients across the country.

Rod has extensive airport sector experience gained in senior operational roles at Broome International Airport, Woodside and Karratha Airport. He has a history with Port Hedland, having operated the Port Hedland International Airport on previous occasions in the mid 1990s and mid 2000s on behalf of the Town of Port Hedland. 

Jenny has worked at airports of all sizes across WA in senior management and operational roles. 

Prior to working at RAMS, Jenny was the Operations Standards Manager at Perth Airport managing airfield regulatory documentation for CASA, delivering service standard metrics with airlines, business continuity and process improvements for the airfield and terminal teams. 

Jenny also held various positions with the Australian Airports Association over 15 years, notably Deputy National Chair and WA Division Chair.

Steve has nearly 20 years working in airports across WA and NT. 

A trained ARO, WSO, aircraft refueller (hydrant, tanker and hot-refuelling) and go-to maintenance guy, Steve leads and supports our team of ARO/WSO and refuellers and is our in-house Air BP trainer for refuelling.  His many years in airport operations has provided a wealth of experience in managing day-to-day issues as well as planning and project managing significant airport upgrades to best limit interruptions to normal operations.

Steve also holds a private pilots licence, so understands airports from both the provider and users point of view.
