Refurbishment of 11 Independent Living Units with varying scopes ranging from new kitchens, floor coverings and paint up to full refurbishments that include full bathroom stripouts and reinstatement. MSS were instrumental in updating the scope of works to address discontinued FF&E items and other equipment required for the project.
